The Austro-Slovak Women's Basketball League 2015/2016 ( English Austrian-Slovak Women Basketball League ) - was the third season of the women's basketball tournament, which was traditionally attended by the Austrian and Slovak clubs. The winner of the league for the third year in a row was the Viennese Flaying Foxes.

Content
Regulations
The tournament is held in two stages.
1) preliminary - 8 teams from October 3, 2015 to January 23, 2016 play among themselves in a circular system at home and away.
2) final - the top four teams enter the Final Four, which is held at the site of one of the clubs in the playoff system (January 30–31, 2016).
