History

On December 12, 2011, the First Congress of the Youth Organization of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova “Young Guard” was held. As part of the congress, the Republican Council, consisting of 41 people, was elected the governing body of the Young Guard. The Republican Council includes the Coordination Council, consisting of 9 members - heads of 9 departments, distributed by field of activity of the organization. The congress was attended by 348 delegates from all regions of the republic. The basis of the organization was young politicians.

Within the framework of the Republican Forum, the governing body of the Young Guard was elected - the Republican Council, consisting of 41 people, representatives of 21 districts. This is a collegial governing body that does not have either a president or vice presidents. The Council is developing the policy, strategy and tactics of the Young Guard, and its decisions will be final. The Republican Council also includes the Coordination Council, consisting of 9 members - the heads of nine departments, distributed by field of activity.

The coordination council members included: Nikita Turcan , Vladimir Odnostalko , Vlad Batryncha , Marina Radvan , Yuri Vitnyansky , Valentin Cherny , Evgeny Tukan and others [1]

Anton Lyadsky was elected the first leader.

On October 12, 2014, the “Young Guard” announced that 20% of the party list of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova for the parliamentary elections of 2014 was given to youth [2]

The main party mentors of MG from PSRM are Vlad Batryncha and Vladimir Odnostalko .

In 2012, at the Second Young Guard congress, Marina Radwan was elected Chairman of the Coordinating Council, a Public Council consisting of representatives of show business and youth public organizations was established, as well as a Political Council consisting of regional branch heads, chaired by Yuri Vitnyansky. Also, the “Department of International Relations” was established, its leader was a member of the coordination council of the MG of the Republic of Moldova, Nikita Turcan . The republican volunteer project “I will help” was established - under the leadership of Alexander Dombrovsky.

From June 27 to 29, 2012, the first International Youth Political Forum, entitled “Youth without Borders”, organized by the “Young Guard of the Republic of Moldova”, was held for its members and activists. The forum will be attended by about 80 representatives of youth non-governmental organizations of the Republic of Moldova, as well as experts and delegations from Russia and Ukraine. Representatives of the Young Guard of United Russia (Moscow), the youth wing of the Party of Regions - Young Regions (Kiev), the youth wing of the Renaissance party (Tiraspol), and the Youth will come to Vadul-lui-Voda. the Ileri movement from Gagauzia, the Youth Parliament from Chisinau, the Zlagoda Association of Ukrainian Youth in the Republic of Moldova, the Sokhnut Jewish Agency, the Voivode movement, etc. [3] .

On November 30, 2014, the head of the “Young Guard” Marina Radvan was elected to the parliamentary elections in 2014 by the party list of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova. The Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova won 20.51% of the vote and 25 (out of 101) seats in the country's parliament.

In 2014 , the Young Guard was headed by Viktor Polyakov.

International activities

February 22, 2016, "Young Guard" signed a cooperation agreement with the all-Russian organization "FAIR FORCE" [4] .
