The status and boundaries of the rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chechen Republic dated February 20, 2009 No. 11-RZ “On the formation of the municipal entity Nozhay-Yurt district and the municipalities included in its composition, the establishment of their borders and giving them the corresponding status of the municipal district and rural settlement” [3] .
