Prikampromproekt

On March 19, 1966, by order of the Minister of General Engineering of the USSR, S. Afanasyev, in Izhevsk, branch No. 4 of the State Specialized Design Institute (GSPI-7) was formed for the integrated development of design estimates for the construction of an automobile plant.

In May of that year, it was renamed the Udmurt branch of the Moscow Institute of Designing Engineering Enterprises (Ipromashprom).

In the summer of 1986, the Udmurt branch of Ipromashprom receives the status of an independent design institute, it is given the name Prikamsky Institute for Designing Industrial Enterprises or Prikampromproekt.

In 1994, the institute was transformed into an open joint-stock company, in 2011 - into a closed joint-stock company.

Since 2015 - Prikampromproekt JSC. ^[2] .

Valerian Mikhailovich Sakulin. He headed the institute from 1966 to 1973. Under his leadership, the buildings of the Izhevsk Automobile Plant, the Votkinsk Machine Plant, the Vyatka-Polyansky Machine Plant, the Votkinsk Gas Equipment Plant were designed.

Vladimir Alexandrovich Savenkov. He led the institute from 1973 to 1991. Winner of the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR (1981). Under his leadership, the Institute completed the design work for the Izhevsk Automobile Plant, completed the design of the microelectronics productions of the Izhevsk Motor Plant and the Izhevsk Radio Plant, and the design work for the Energy-Buran program.

Valery Yakovlevich Fomenko. Director General of the Institute from 1992 to 2003. Under his leadership, design work was completed for the construction of facilities under the program "Destruction of Chemical Weapons in the Russian Federation" located in the Udmurt Republic, as well as for the creation of infrastructure for gas production facilities in the Arctic.

Vladimir Alexandrovich Semenov. Director General of the Institute in 2004-2016 He took an active part in the implementation of a number of space programs. Honorary builder of Russia, Honored Builder of the Udmurt Republic. ^[3] .

Prikampromproekt has developed over 2,000 projects. In the Soviet years, the institute participated in the state program for the creation of the MTKS Energia-Buran , including the project for the construction of an assembly and refueling complex at the Baikonur cosmodrome with engineering infrastructure for the assembly and preparation for the launch of the Energia-Buran ISS, the development of projects for the construction of production facilities for the manufacture and testing of rocket blocks "Energy", "Energy-M" and others. ^[4] .

Over the past decade, the Institute has provided timely development and implementation of reconstruction and technical re-equipment projects for the rocket and space industry enterprises under the jurisdiction of the Federal Space Agency, the largest corporations Almaz-Antey , NPO engineering , factories in the Perm Territory, the Moscow, Smolensk, Samara Regions, and the cities of Moscow , St. Petersburg, which participate in the cooperation to create the latest types of military rocketry, and others. Currently, up to 80% of all work is carried out by the institute within the framework of the state defense order. ^[5] .

• 1981 - for the development of the most outstanding projects and the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures under these projects, the Institute was awarded the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR (order No. 324 of 08/28/1981).
• 1988 - the specialists of Prikampromproekt, who participated in the design of the Baikonur cosmodrome facilities, are marked with commemorative badges “The Builder of Baikonur”.
• 2013-2014 - according to the results of the All-Russian competitions for the best design, survey organization, the institute was included in the list of 14 largest specialized organizations of the country, was awarded the status of "Elite of the Russian construction complex."
• 2014 - Badge of Honor of the Russian Union of Builders “Building Glory”.
• 2013-2015 - Prikampromproekt is the winner of the All-Russian contest “Safe Work and Social Responsibility”. ^[3] .
