Belaya is a river in Russia , the left tributary of the Priest (the Volga basin). It flows in the Falensky district of the Kirov region . The mouth of the river is 94 km on the left bank of the Priest . The length of the river is 24 km.

The source of the river on the Krasnogorsk Upland is southwest of the abandoned village of Verkhobelye. The general direction of the current is northeast. In the middle course flows the village of Panshonki , within the boundaries of which a dam is built on the river, the village of Charushi and several non-residential. It has no named tributaries.
It falls into the Priest within the boundaries of the village of Belaya .
