Flying Wild Hog is an independent, privately owned Polish company that develops computer games. The studio was founded in April 2009 by Tomek Baran, Michal Szuszak and Claudis Zich. The most famous developments of the company are first-person shooters Hard Reset and Shadow Warrior (2013) .

Company History
Flying Wild Hog was founded in April 2009 by immigrants from the companies City Interactive , People Can Fly and CD Projekt RED , Tomek Baran, Michal Szuszak and Claudis Zich in Warsaw , Poland . The studio developed its own Road Hog Engine for its first game, Hard Reset , released in September 2011 [1] [2] [3] . In April 2012, Flying Wild Hog released the free Hard Reset addition : Exile [4] [5] [6] , for an improved version of the Hard Reset . In September 2013, the company released Shadow Warrior , restarting the 1997 game of the same name, which was published by Devolver Digital , and in 2015 announced the sequel to Shadow Warrior 2 , with an estimated release date in 2016 [7] [8] . On December 7, 2015, Flying Wild Hog opened a subsidiary, Flying Wild Hog Cracow in the city of Krakow , which was headed by Michal Kook [9] .
Road Hog Engine
The Road Hog Engine is a game engine developed and used by the Flying Wild Hog in all its projects. This engine was created with a special focus on personal computers, supporting an advanced physics system and high-quality graphics. The engine uses the physical kit Havok and supports DirectX 9.0c and DirectX 11 . For 2016, the new version of the engine is able to compile games for Microsoft Windows (for both x86 and x86-64 platforms), PlayStation 4 , and Xbox One .
