Content
Biography
Since 1955, he worked in the theater as an actor, assistant director. He appeared in the press as a film critic. In 1958 he made his debut in the documentary "Roads". And in 1959 he placed with Mariu Carneiro the documentary “The Cottage at the Cape”, noticed by criticism both at home and abroad. He studied at the Experimental Cinema Center (Rome), where he worked closely with Marco Bellocchio . Returning to Brazil, he directed the feature film “Port of Kaijas”.
