Biography

Born November 22, 1918 in the city ​​of Spas-Demensk, Mosalsky district, Kaluga province . Father was a priest, mother was a teacher (in 1922 , after a divorce, she married a teacher who worked with her).

In 1931 he moved to Moscow , where he completed seven classes. In 1934 he entered the factory school (FZU) at the factory number 3 named. I.M. Kalinina ( Moscow ). After graduating from school and obtaining a specialty, he worked at the same factory as a turner.

In 1937 he became a supervisor in the workshops of MASPO. From 1939 (according to a special set) to 1945, he served in the Red Army , took part in the Great Patriotic War : commanded a gun crew [1] , was a party organizer of the 244th anti-aircraft artillery regiment. From July 1944 to July 1945 he was a cadet of the military-political school named after M. Frunze. ( Gorky city) . In September 1945 , after graduating from the rank of junior lieutenant, a reserve of political staff was sent to the Trans-Baikal Front , where he met the end of the war.

After the war, S.I. From September 1945 to April 1946, Georgievsky served as a senior instructor in the party and political work of Camp No. 8 of the NKVD / MGB ( Cheremkhovo , Irkutsk Region). Since April 1946, he has been the head of the party bureau for the construction of the Novo-Grishevsky coal mine (Cheremkhovsky coal basin); since April 1947, he was transferred as secretary of the party bureau of the 34th separate communications division of the reserve of the High Command ( Irkutsk ).

At party work

In August 1947, S.I. Georgievsky became an instructor in the personnel department of the Cheremkhovsky city committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, in December he became head of the industrial and transport department of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (b). From September 1949 to December 1952 he worked as the first secretary of the Cheremkhov City Party Committee.

In December 1952, he was a student of the Lenin courses at the Central Committee of the CPSU, from November 1953 to December 1956, he was a student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU . After its completion, he was sent to the disposal of the Irkutsk OK CPSU, where he was approved by the chairman of the organizing bureau of the regional committee for the Bratsk Gorky CPSU.

February 19, 1956 elected first secretary of the Bratsk City Committee of the CPSU . Being the highest official of the city, he made a great contribution to the formation of the party organization, the construction of the Bratsk Hydroelectric Power Station , BLPK, BrAZ and other objects of the national economy and city infrastructure. He was responsible for the implementation of urban industrial, scientific, transport organizations of national economic plans.

From 1965 until his retirement he worked as chairman of the Irkutsk Regional Council of Trade Unions. After retiring, he was engaged in active public work in the cities of the Irkutsk region. He died on January 23, 1982 at the 64th year of his life in the city of Irkutsk .

Sergei Ivanovich Georgievsky was elected a delegate to the XXII , XXIII , XXIV , XXV congresses of the CPSU . During his work in Bratsk he was elected a deputy of the Bratsk city council of deputies of workers, was elected a deputy of the regional Council.
