Career
In 1985, he began to play in the team of the first league Dynamo ( Kharkov ). Over two seasons, he played 65 games.
Since 1987, he played in the Major Leagues . For two seasons in Riga Dynamo held 94 games. Speaking for the metropolitan Dynamo held 117 games. In St. Petersburg SKA spent 34 games.
In 1993, he went to the Italian HC Devizl .
He spent the 1995/96 season in the Austrian Hockey League with Lustenau .
And since 1996, he played in the Hannover Scorpions , playing in the German elite league .
In 1997 he returned to the Russian Super League . In the season he played for Dynamo (39 games), Vanguard (28 games) and CSKA (17 games).
In the 2000/2001 season, he accepted an invitation from the Moscow University Club [1] . Over the next season (2001/2002), he played only 5 games for the team of the Major League β Gazovik β and ended his career.
In 2004/05 he returned to the big sport, playing for the Astana β Barys β in the championship of the Higher Hockey League (36 games) and the championship of Kazakhstan .
He played in the Russian national team at three ( 1993 , 1994 and 1995 ) world championships. Moreover, at the 1993 World Cup he became the world champion. For this victory, the national team was awarded the honorary title of Honored Master of Sports of Russia .
Coaching career
Since 2011, he has been working as a trainer in the MHL teams - Russian Knights , Atlant , Spartak .
Since October 20, 2015 - head coach of MHC Spartak .
