Kalashnikov, Fedor

Fedor Kalashnikov (or Kalashnik , d. In 1605) is a Moscow tradesman , a posad man.

In 1605, he condemned False Demetrius I , calling him the messenger of Satan and an impostor, and openly incited the people to revolt against him. After torture he was executed along with the nobleman Turgenev .

P. N. Polevoy brought F. Kalashnikov and P. Turgenev as characters in the historical novel The Root of Evil .
