Muhammad al-Zuhri

Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr al-Zuhri (XII century) - Granada geographer. The author of the substitute work Kitab al-Dzhugrafiyya (book Geography). Al-Zuhri had the opportunity to use the works of geographers who worked during the reign of the Abbasid caliph al-Mamun in Baghdad (d.1064 ) [1] .
