Biography
Born April 18, 1943 in the Novosibirsk region .
In 1967 he graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in economics and mathematics.
He works at the Institute of Energy Systems. L. A. Melentyeva SB RAS ), having gone from an engineer, a researcher to the department head, deputy director of the institute.
Developer of the scientific foundations of regional economic policy, concepts and alternative scenarios for the development of energy in the country, Siberia and the Far East. He was in charge of the Russian side on the Russian-Mongolian project “Comprehensive Program for the Scientific and Technical Progress of the MPR until 2005”.
In 1993-1995 he developed the Russian-Japanese project "Comprehensive Energy Development Plan for Eastern Siberia and the Far East."
He is the author of over 150 works, including 10 monographs, some of them are co-authored.
