Blagoya Risteski-Platnar ( Maced. Blagoояa Risteski-Platnar ; March 5, 1949 , Prilep - October 20, 2004 , Prilep ) - Macedonian prose writer , poet , playwright , screenwriter.

Biography

In 1975 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Saints Cyril and Methodius in Skopje .

One of the few writers who wrote dramatic texts in poetic form.

The main topics of his works: paintings of Macedonian life, Macedonian myths , history and politics of Macedonia.

Platnar is the author of three short documentaries that made up the trilogy: “Alshar”, “Nigra Set Formos” and “Gorna Zemna” (1999).

Since 2002 he was the director of the cultural center "Tsepenkov" in Prilep.

  • “Summer Silkane” (1994);
  • “Lepa Angelina” (1995);

His plays have been translated and staged in English, Czech, Polish, Russian, French, Romanian, Serbian, Slovenian, Turkish and Bulgarian.

Rewards

  • Prize for the best drama at the Macedonian Theater Festival Vojdan Chernodrinski in. Prilepa.
