Biography
Since 1929 - member of the CPSU (b) .
In 1935 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Industrial Engineering.
Since 1920 he worked as a fireman in Ananiev , a printing worker in Leningrad , a terrible technician in Lenenergo.
From 1932-1933 - head of the construction site in the Far East .
Since 1935 - Head of the Severonickel Industrial Construction Plant in Monchegorsk .
From 1938 to 1940 he was the first secretary of the Monchegorsk RK of the CPSU (B.) .
From 1940 to 1941 - Secretary of the Murmansk OK VKP (b) .
From 1941 to 1943 - Secretary of the Murmansk OK VKP (b) for industry.
In 1941, a participant in the organization of the acceptance of goods arriving under a Lend-Lease.
