Biography
Born in 1929 .
In 1954, he graduated from the Moscow Engineering and Economics Institute named after S. Ordzhonikidze .
In 1957, he defended his Ph.D. thesis in the field of economic sciences.
In 1974, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the problems of optimizing the development of the fuel and energy complex.
He worked in leading scientific organizations of the country:
- Research Institute named after G.M. Krzhizhanovsky
- Institute of Energy Systems L. A. Melentyeva SB RAS
- Central Economics and Mathematics Institute RAS
- Institute of Economic Forecasting RAS
where he held the positions of head of the laboratory, head of department, deputy director of the Institute.
He climbed for many years.
He died on September 27, 2011 .
Son - Nikita Alexandrovich Nekrasov (born 1973), physicist, professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
Scientific and social activities
A specialist in the field of macroeconomic problems of the development of the fuel and energy complex, the formation and analysis of energy balances.
The research results were a significant contribution to the sections of the Comprehensive Program of Scientific and Technical Progress of the USSR, to the development of the Energy Strategy of Russia for the future. Of fundamental importance are the analytical and forecasting developments carried out by the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences at the request of government bodies.
The author of more than 230 publications on various problems of the fuel and energy complex of Russia, including 25 monographs.
The monographic study “Electrification in the Modern World” (Moscow: Nauka, 1990) was published by the World Energy Council in Great Britain.
In recent years, he devoted a lot of energy to the Open Seminar "Economic Problems of the Energy Complex" he created.
Leading author of the journal "Problems of Forecasting."
He taught in a number of leading universities in the country.
Under his leadership, defended more than 30 candidate and doctoral dissertations.
