Biography

Born in the family of a working sheet-rolling workshop of the Yekaterinoslavsky factory Shoduar. He began his career in 1920 as a messenger in the Amur-Nizhnedneprovsky district committee of the CP (b) U. In 1921-1924 - a mercenary from a prosperous peasant in the village of Ivnya, Oboyansk district, Kursk province, then a worker at the Ilyich state farm.

In 1924-1929 he was a pressure testing officer at the Comintern Yekaterinoslav Metallurgical Plant.

In December 1927 he joined the CPSU (b).

Since 1929 - Secretary of the LKSMU Committee of the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant named after the Comintern. In 1931 he graduated from the working faculty and worked as a research technician in the department of labor economics of the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant.

In 1931-1933 - cadet of the Voroshilovgrad school of young pilots. In 1933-1934 - pilot instructor at the Tushino airfield in Moscow.

In 1934-1936 - Deputy Head of the Political Department of the Bratolyubovo Machine and Tractor Station, Dolinsky District, Dnipropetrovsk Region. In 1936-1937 - Deputy Director for Political Affairs of the Ulyanovsk Machine and Tractor Station in the Vasilkovsky District of the Dnipropetrovsk Region.

In November 1937 - February 1938 - 2nd Secretary of the Vasilkovsky District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Dnipropetrovsk Region. In February - June 1938, he was the 1st Secretary of the Melitopol District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Dnipropetrovsk Region.

In June 1938 - 1939 - Head of the Agricultural Department of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) U. In 1939 - January 1940 - Secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party (B) U for personnel. In January - June 1940, he was the 3rd secretary of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) U.

In June 1940 - August 1941 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.

Since September 1941 - Member of the Task Force of the Military Council of the Southern Front. In November 1941 - October 1943 - member of the Military Council of the 37th Army. Member of World War II.

In October 1943 - February 1944 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.

In February 1944 - November 1947 - 1st Secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

In 1948-1950 - Head of the Lviv Regional Department of Light Industry.

In October 1950 - March 1955 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Lviv Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.

In 1955-1957 - Deputy Head of the Ukrgaz Association.

In July 1957 - February 1960 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kherson Regional Council of Workers' Deputies. In February 1960 - 1962 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of National Economy of the Kherson Economic Administrative Region.

In 1962 - March 1967 - Director of the Kherson "Sovkhozvintrest".
