Andrey Sergeyevich Malenkin ( 1906 , village of Ilovitsa, Smolensk province [1] - 1990 , Kiev ) - Ukrainian Soviet and party leader, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 4th-5th convocations, deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 3rd, 7-8- th convocations. Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1952-1976).

Biography

Born in a working class family. Russian. From the age of 12 he labored. Since 1925 he worked as a mechanic's assistant at a factory in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928.

He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Railway Engineers . He worked as a teacher, senior teacher, head of department, head (dean) of the faculty of the Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Railway Engineers.

In 1941 - Secretary of the Oktyabrsky District Committee of the Communist Party (b) At the city of Dnepropetrovsk.

In August - October 1942 - Secretary of the Aktobe regional committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan for industry. In October - December 1942 - head of the Political Department of the Aktobe Combine of the NKVD of the Kazakh SSR. In December 1942-1943 - Secretary of the Aktobe Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan for Industry.

Since September 1943 - at the disposal of the Central Committee of the CP (b) U. In 1944-1946 - Secretary of the Dnepropetrovsk City Committee of KP (b) U for personnel.

In 1946-1950 - Secretary of the Odessa Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) for personnel.

From August 1950 to 1961 - the 1st secretary of the Nikolaev regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

In 1961 - December 1962 - Chairman of the State Control Commission of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1963-1966 - 1st Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Party and State Control of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine and the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR. In March 1966 - November 1973 - Chairman of the Committee of National Control of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR.

The deputy (from the Nikolaev area) of the Council of the Union of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 4th (1954-1958) [2] and 5th (1958-1962) [3] convocations. The delegate XIX (1952) [4] , XX (1956) [5] and XXI (1959) [6] congresses of the CPSU.

Since November 1973 - retired.
