Biography
He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute .
He went from the clinical intern of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute to the director of the medical and diagnostic center "Medform".
From 1989 to 1991 - People's Deputy of the USSR.
In 1989, at the First Congress of the People's Movement of Ukraine, he was elected First Deputy Chairman of the NRU .
Since 1990 - Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Association of Democratic Councils and Democratic Blocs in the Councils of Ukraine.
Since 1992 - Member of the Dneprodzerzhinsky City Council.
Since March 1998, he has been a leading specialist at the State Special Design Bureau of Design Automation.
He was president of the Association for Democratic Development and Self-Government of Ukraine.
Member of the People’s Movement of Ukraine , head of the central wire apparatus of the NRU . Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk regional organization of the NRU.
