Biography
In 1944 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Technological Institute.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1949 .
In 1944-1947, he was the head of the technological bureau of the workshop, the designer of the repair shops of the aircraft factory. In 1947-1952 - head of the technological bureau of the department of the chief technologist, head of the workshop of the Kharkov Tractor Plant named after Ordzhonikidze. In 1952-1953 - deputy secretary of the party committee, and in 1953-1958 - party organizer of the Central Committee of the CPSU, secretary of the party committee of the Kharkov Tractor Plant named after Ordzhonikidze.
Since 1958 - Deputy Head of the Engineering Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In 1960-1965 - head of the engineering department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In January 1965 - March 1966 - 2nd Secretary of the Kiev Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
In March 1966 - April 1970 - 1st Secretary of the Kiev Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
April 1, 1970 - November 26, 1984 - Minister of Road Transport of the Ukrainian SSR.
Then - retired in the city of Kiev.
He was buried at the Bike cemetery.
