The Borisenko Affair

In November 1970, near the village of Koncha-Zaspa (the territory of the dacha village of the Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine), after a festive feast with a group of friends [2], the son of N. M. Borisenko, twenty-year-old Yevgeny, disappeared. Despite the large-scale search efforts of the republican and union law enforcement agencies, the missing person was never found, and the circumstances of his disappearance are still unclear.
According to the popular, but unproven version, Evgeny Borisenko was allegedly hit by a car driven by a police officer; the latter shot a seriously wounded man from a service weapon, and hid his body under the roadbed, which at that time was asphalted [3] .
