The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Udmurt Republic dated January 28, 2005 No. 1-RZ “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities and Giving the Municipalities with the Appropriate Status on the Territory of the Selta District of the Udmurt Republic” [4] .
