Nadezhda Nikolaevna Boltenko (born January 29, 1957, Donskoy , Tula Oblast , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian statesman, member of the Federation Council from the executive authority of the Novosibirsk Oblast (2014–2018) [1] .

Biography
Born on January 29, 1957 in the city of Don, Tula region . Children's years passed in the far north on the border with the Magadan region [1] .
In 1980 she graduated from the Medical Institute in Novosibirsk , specializing in pediatrician [1] .
In 1990, on the recommendation of the chief physicians of the Zaeltsovsky District, she was elected as a deputy of the Zaeltsovsky District Council [1] .
In 1992, she became the head of the district health department of the Zaeltsov Administration [1] .
In 1994, she was elected as a deputy of the Novosibirsk City Assembly (in 1995 renamed the City Council ) from the Zaeltsovsky District . Zaeltsovtsy entrusted her with defending their interests at the deputy post four more times: in 1996, 2000, 2005 and 2010 [1] .
In 2004, there was a separation of the posts of the chairman of the City Council and the mayor. By unanimous decision of the deputies, she became chairman of the council [1] .
In April 2005, at the first session of deputies of the fourth convocation, she was elected chairman of the Novosibirsk City Council [1] .
In April 2010, she was elected to the post of chairman of the Council of Deputies of the city of Novosibirsk of the fifth convocation [1] .
Since October 1, 2014 - a member of the Federation Council representative from the executive body of state power of the Novosibirsk region [1] .
May 26, 2016 initiated the introduction of administrative and criminal liability for “ parasitism ” [2] .
