Biography
In 1933 he graduated from the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute , taught at the Almaty Institute of Journalism.
In 1934-1937 he studied at graduate school in the city of Leningrad (now St. Petersburg ), part-time he taught the Kazakh language in the editors and translators training department at the Institute of Oriental Languages .
In 1937-1941, he headed the department of the Alma-Ata Institute of Journalism, was the rector of the Institute of Foreign Languages.
In 1940 he defended his thesis on "Service words in the Kazakh language."
In 1946-1963 - Scientific Secretary of the State Terminological Commission under the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR.
In 1952-1975 - Head of the Department at Kazakh State University. CM. Kirov (now - Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi ).
In 1945-1961, he was the head of the modern Kazakh language department of the Institute of Language and Culture of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR.
From 1961-1981 - Head of the Department of Speech and Grammar Culture at the Institute of Language and Culture of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR
He defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Basic syntax issues of a simple sentence of the modern Kazakh language." [one]
Scientific works are devoted to the development of the Kazakh language and the study of the language of fiction - grammar, spelling, terminology, language culture, style. He wrote over 150 scientific papers. He is the author of a number of textbooks and teaching aids for schools and higher educational institutions. For the monograph "Kazakh literary language and its norms" was awarded a prize to them. C. Valikhanova (1986).
