According to 1966, the village of Kostrinsky in the Tikhvin region was not listed [2]
According to the data of 1973, the Kostrinsky patrol was included in the Lazarevichsky village council [3] .
According to 1990, the town of Kostrinsky was part of the Lazarevichsky village council [4] .
In 1997, 10 people lived in the town of Kostrinsky, Lazarevichi volost, in 2002 - 8 (Russians - 62%, Finns - 38%) [5] [6] .
In 2007, 9 people lived in the town of Kostrinsky Tikhvin GP , in 2010 - 13 [7] [8] .
Geography
The place is located in the central part of the district near the Kostrinsky railway platform on the Volkhovstroy I - Tikhvin line .
The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 14 km [7] .
South of the town flows Lebedinsky stream.
