Savorsky, Pyotr Konstantinovich

He was born on November 16, 1927 in the Elanetsky district .

• 1944-1946 - tractor driver of the subsidiary farm of the Kryvyi Rih mining department "Bolshevik";
• 1946-1950 - student of the Dnepropetrovsk Industrial College, majoring in “Central Power Plants”, diploma in qualification “Technician-electrician at central stations”;
• 1950-1952 - master of the electrical substation of the Orsk-Khalilovsky Metallurgical Combine , Novotroitsk, Chkalov Region, RSFSR;
• 1952-1957 - student of the Kryvyi Rih Mining Institute , specializing in “Development of Mineral Deposits”, diploma in qualification “Mining Engineer”. In 1955-1956 - Secretary of the LKSMU Institute committee;
• 1957-1961 - mining foreman, assistant chief, head of the site, secretary of the party bureau of the Gigant-Glubokaya mine of the Kryvyi Rih mine administration named after F. Dzerzhinsky ;
• 1961-1963 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Krivoy Rog Mine Administration named after F. E. Dzerzhinsky;
• 1963-1969 - 1st Secretary of the Dzerzhinsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine of Krivoy Rog, Dnipropetrovsk Region;
• 1969-1983 - Director of the Krivoy Rog Mine Administration named after F. E. Dzerzhinsky Production Association " Krivbassrud ";
• 1983-1987 - Head of the Republican Industrial Association of Mining Enterprises Ukrruda;
• 1987-1992 - Chief Engineer of the State Production Association of Mining and Aggregate Enterprises of the South "Yuzhruda" (since 1991 - Concern of Mining and Aggregate Enterprises of Ukraine "Ukrrudprom").

Member of the CPSU since 1956. Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 9-10th convocations (1975-1985). The delegate of the XXIII Congress of the CPSU ^[1] (1966), XXIV, XXV and XXVI congresses of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1971, 1976, 1981), XVII Congress of the Komsomol (1974). Member of the Dnepropetrovsk regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1963-1975), member of the Kryvyi Rih city committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1959-1983).

Member of the Board of the Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the Ukrainian SSR. Chairman of the Kryvyi Rih City Scientific and Technical Society.

In 1985, he completed the full course of the Institute for Advanced Studies of senior managers of the state administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Council of Ministers of the USSR in the field of modern management methods, organization of production and planning.

For many years of work in the ferrous metallurgy system, Pyotr Konstantinovich made a huge contribution to the development of the mining industry, to the introduction of new equipment and advanced technologies not only at the enterprises of Krivbass, but also throughout Ukraine. In his work, he paid great attention to solving social issues at the enterprises of the industry.

He died on November 26, 2001 in Krivoy Rog. He was buried in Moscow at the Troekurovsky cemetery .

Candidate of Technical Sciences. Author and co-author of more than 40 scientific papers and 15 copyright certificates and patents for inventions.

• 1977 - Honored Miner of the Ukrainian SSR - by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of 11/18/1977;
• 1981 - Order of Lenin - by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR of 03/02/1981;
• 1985 - Certificate of Merit of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR - by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of 03/01/1985;
• 1991 - Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR ^[2] - Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the USSR No. 381 dated 06/18/1991 for the development and implementation of technology to reduce losses in the subsoil and improve the quality of commercial products in underground mining of iron ore in the Krivoy Rog basin;
• 1970 - Medal “For Valiant Labor. In commemoration of the centenary of the birth of V. I. Lenin ” ;
• 1984 - Medal "Veteran of Labor" on behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR;
• The Miner Glory badge of the 1st (1987), 2nd (1982) and 3rd (1977) degrees - by a resolution of the Board of the Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR and the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Workers of the Metallurgical Industry;
• 1974 - Badge of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the Komsomol "Mentor of Youth";
• VDNH medals “For achievements in the development of the national economy of the USSR” - resolutions of the Main Committee of VDNH of the USSR of 1974, 1975, 1978 and 1981;
• The sign "For Merit to the City" (Krivoy Rog) .

Honorary professional badge "In memory of Peter Savorsky" of the association "Komsomolets Krivbass" - for achievements in management and engineering activities ^[3] .
