Kurokawa, Kisho

Kisho Kurokawa ( 黒 川 紀 章 Kurokawa Kisho: April 8, 1934 , Kanie , Japan Empire - October 12, 2007 , Tokyo , Japan ) is a Japanese architect and one of the founders of the metabolism movement.

Biography

He studied architecture at Kyoto and Tokyo universities, in 1962 he founded an architecture firm that had a branch in the United States.

On May 7, 2007, Kurokawa traveled to Yekaterinburg , studying the design possibilities of a shopping and entertainment center [6] . October 12 of the same year he died.
