History
The village ( farm ) was founded by the peasant Mikhei Tarasov (1726-1818) in the second half of the XVIII century, who settled on this site with his large family. The grown-up sons separated from the family and in the village there were several houses. It was named after the settlers - Tarasovka. According to the “revision tale” of 1835, there were 5 yards in Tarasovka and the entire population had one surname - the Tarasovs. They belonged to the category of peasant peers. Descendants of small servants who were called servicemen who back in the 18th century served in the protection of the southern outskirts of the Moscow state from raids by nomads were called odnodvorets. In 1859, 128 people lived here and there were 10 courtyards. In 1900, the population was 272; there were 30 courtyards, a public building, a shop, two windmills.
