Biography
Tair Aliyev was born on April 28, 1975 in Baku . He was educated ( 1993 - 1998 ) at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts at the faculty of filmmaking (in the workshop of Jamil Kuliyev ). Istanbul Bakent University Master of Film Studies ( 2012 - 2014 ). He worked as an assistant director at the Azerbaijanfilm film studio ( 1995 - 2000 ), a director at the Azerbaijan Telefilm creative association 2003-2007), a director on the AzTV channel in the Special Projects department (2007-2008). Since 2008, he has been working as a director at the Salname Film Studio. Since 2016, the artistic director of the creative association "Aranfilm".
Founder and director of the cinema center “Nova Gorica, representative from Azerbaijan in the Friendship Society of Slovenia - Azerbaijan . He was a member of the International Film Festivals in Minsk, St. Petersburg, Bursa. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan and the CIS countries and the Guild of Professional Filmmakers. Winner of the Film Forum "Golden Knight".
