History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of January 31, 2005 No. 43-ZRT “On the Establishment of the Borders of Territories and the Status of the Municipal Formation“ Tyulyachinsky Municipal District ”and the municipal formations within it [2] .

Until April 2010, the Abda rural settlement was an exclave of the Tyulyachinsky district and was surrounded by the Sabinsky, Kukmor and Mamadysh districts. As part of the elimination of the intersection in Tatarstan, in April 2010, a law [3] was passed, changing the boundaries of certain areas, according to which a narrow strip of land along the border of the Sabinsky district was allocated from Mamadyshsky and Rybno-Slobodsky districts, thus connecting Abdinskoye rural settlement with the main part of the district. This jumper strip with a width at both ends of 4 m and a length of ≈14.4 km became a part of the Abdinsk rural settlement.
