Geography
It is located in the central part of the settlement on the border with Novousmansky district. On the territory of the village there is a pond, along which it is located.

History
The village was formed at the beginning of the 18th century and was shown on the map of the land survey of the Voronezh district at the end of the 18th century. Previously consisted of two parts:
- Seltso Ivanovo 1st (Khomyakovo, Tolbozino, Naryshkino), located at the ravine Yastrebets. In 1859 there were 68 courtyards, in which 462 people lived. In 1900 there were 523 inhabitants, 71 courtyards, a public building, an educational institution in the village. Three windmills, a wine shop.
- Owner village Ivanovka 2nd (Kondrashovka, former owner of the village Kondratiev), located in the ravine Kalyagin). In 1900, it was inhabited by 59 people in nine courtyards, there was one public building.
