The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated January 31, 2005 No. 40-ЗРТ “On Establishing the Borders of Territories and the Status of the Spassky Municipal District” Municipal Formation and Municipal Units in Its Composition ” [2] .

Archeology
The Great Moravian Gombik was found on the Izmere village [10] . In 1981-1982, E. P. Kazakov discovered the rapidly collapsing Izmery Paleolithic site, in 1995 - the ancient Ugric Izmery burial site XII [11]
