Claims Court (UK)

The Court of Claims in the United Kingdom of Great Britain is a special court created after the new sovereign enters to judge the validity of the claims of persons for the performance of certain honorable services at the coronation of the new monarch.

The first registered such court was held in 1377, before the Lord Administrator . From the time when the commissioners of Henry VII were appointed, and to this day the court consists of a royal commission appointed in accordance with the Great Seal.

The court can transfer any claim to the will of the sovereign, and the sovereign can withdraw the claim (claim) from the commission and transfer it to another court.
