Fernando de Penalver ( Spanish: Fernando de Peñalver ) - a municipality in the Venezuelan state of Ansoategui . The administrative center is the city of Puerto Pirito . The municipality is named after the fighter for independence of Venezuela , who in 1824-1827 was governor of the province of Carabobo.
