Education
In 1977 he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V. I. Lenin ( Kazakh National Technical University named after K. I. Satpayev , KazNITU), having received the specialty "mining engineer".
In 2000 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
