Biography
In 1980 she received the specialty "Veterinarian-paramedic" in Novouzensky zoo-veterinary college. From 1982 to 1985 she worked at the Krasnodar Regional Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy as a livestock specialist. From 1985 to 1997, he worked at the Orshinskoye Peat Enterprise in the Tver Region as the head of a part-time farm. In 1997 she created her own farm, received the status of an individual entrepreneur. In 2002 she underwent retraining according to the program “Organization and functioning of a peasant (farm) economy” at the Tver Institute of retraining and advanced training of personnel of the agro-industrial complex [2] .
In 2004, she was elected a deputy to the Assembly of Deputies of the Kalininsky District [3] . In 2006, the Maximova farm was included in the inter-regional tourist project “The Golden Path of Russia” [4] . In 2008, S.V. Maksimova early deprived of her parliamentary powers [5] .
In 2009, she was elected secretary of the local political council of the Kalinin local branch of the United Russia party [6] .
In 2011, she ran for the State Duma according to the lists of United Russia, and was elected to the State Duma of the VI convocation [7] . In September 2016, she was nominated to the State Duma from the party “United Russia”, was elected a deputy of the State Duma of the VII convocation in the single-member electoral district No. 179 [8] .
Legislative activity
From 2011 to 2019, during the execution of the powers of the Deputy of the State Duma of the VI and VII convocations, she co-authored 36 legislative initiatives and amendments to draft federal laws [9] .
