Datsun DC-3 is a light car manufactured by Nissan and sold under the Datsun brand in 1952. The series was the forerunner of the Fairlady sports cars, and replaced the pre-war Road Star . The car had an 860cc Nissan D 10 engine, an in-line four-cylinder engine with 20 hp. (15 kW), accelerating it to a speed of 70 km / h. The side nameplates said “DATSUN 20”, where 20 means engine power in hp. The suspension was used spring, a 3-speed manual gearbox was installed. Four people could ride in the DC-3. Only 50 units were built; 30 of them were sold (all other cars were converted back into trucks). A variant of the DC-3 was the Datsun 5147 pickup.
