Biography
A peasant from the village of Leski, Medvezhenskaya volost, Livensky district, Oryol province. He graduated from the village school. During the Russian-Japanese war defended Port Arthur . During the attack of the Green Mountains by the Japanese, he was wounded in the head, and in addition he was burned by the explosion of a mine. He was awarded three crosses of St. George 2nd, 3rd and 4th degrees. After the capitulation of Port Arthur until December 10, 1905, he was held captive by the Japanese. Returning to his homeland, he was engaged in arable farming. At the time of election to the Duma in the parties was not a member.
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the congress authorized by the volosts of the Oryol province . According to some information, he entered the Group of non-party people [1] , according to others - a member of the faction of constitutional democrats [2] .
The further fate and date of death are unknown.
