Kauha [1] (Khodu [1] ; Chech. Kovkhi ) is a river in the Botlikh region of Dagestan .

It flows into Lake Kezenoyam from the eastern side, and the river valley flooded after a natural collapse forms one of the two bays of the lake, while the second bay is formed by the flooded valley of the Kharsum river. [2] It flows at the foot of Mount Tsatsaka.
