Baltic Women's Basketball League 2015/2016

The Baltic Women's Basketball League 2015/2016 was the 22nd season of the basketball tournament between women's basketball clubs. For the first time, the Lithuanian team “Suduva” became the winner of the league.

Rules

The tournament was held in four stages:

1) group stage - 11 teams in two groups play each other in a round-robin system at home and away;

2) semifinal - the best 4 teams from each group, form two groups of 4 teams and play each other in a round-robin system at home and away;

3) qualifying round - according to the results of the semi-final stage, the worst team, of the 2nd place in the groups, meets with “Tsmoki-Minsk”, which is the winner of last year's draw.

4) final - the three best teams of the semifinal stage and the winner of the qualifying round, participate in the Final Four, which was held on the site of one of the clubs according to the playoff system.
