Aitmuhamed Musin ( 1899 , Bel-Agach volost , Semipalatinsk region , Russian Empire - February 1938 ) - Soviet party and statesman, first secretary of the Aktobe regional committee of the CPSU (B.) (1936-1937). He was a member of the special trio of the NKVD of the USSR .

Biography
Member of the RCP (b) since 1925. In 1930 he graduated from the Moscow Communist University named after Ya. M. Sverdlov.
- 1921-1924 - teacher, head of school,
- 1924-1925 - Head of the commune school,
- 1925-1927 - Instructor of the Ust-Kamenogorsk district committee of the RCP (b) - VKP (b) (Semipalatinsk province),
- 1930-1932 - Executive Secretary of the Dzharkent district committee of the CPSU (b) (Kazak Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic),
- 1932-1933 - First Secretary of the Kzyl-Orda District Committee of the CPSU (B.) (South Kazakhstan Region),
- 1933-1934 - Editor of the newspaper “Socialial Kazakhstan” (“Socialist Kazakhstan”),
- 1934-1936 - second secretary of the Karaganda regional committee of the CPSU (b),
- April-August 1936 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the North Kazakhstan Regional Council,
- 1936-1937 - First Secretary of the Aktobe Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) - KP (b) of Kazakhstan. This period was marked by the inclusion of a special troika created by order of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 30, 1937 No. 00447 [1] and active participation in the Stalinist repressions [2] .
In October 1937 he was arrested in the city of Alma-Ata, where he was summoned with a report, sentenced to death, and executed in February 1938. Rehabilitated in 1960
