Biography
She became interested in skiing at the age of nine, and at the age of twelve she firmly decided to engage in biathlon . At the junior competitions, Ystad-Christiansen performed quite successfully and this allowed her to become part of the main national team of Norway in 1998. She had excellent ski training, as opposed to shooting. In 2000, she got married and until 2003 did not show any results.
