The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chechen Republic of February 27, 2009 No. 19-p “On the Formation of the Municipal Formation of the Gudermes District and the Municipal Formations That Are Its Part, Establishing Their Borders and Giving them the Corresponding Status of the Municipal District, Urban and Rural Settlement” [2] .
