Biography
In 1973 she graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after KA Timiryazev . In 1974–1981 she worked as chief economist of the state farm "Aldan-Maadyr" of the Sut-Khol region , and in 1981–1985 - as chief economist of the agriculture department of the Dzun-Khemchik district [1] .
In 1985-1992. - Senior Inspector, Inspector of the Ministry of Finance of the Tuva ASSR, in 1992-1994. - Head of the Department of Agriculture Finance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tyva.
In 1994-1995 - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tyva. In December 1995, she was elected to the second convocation of the State Duma of the Russian Federation [1] . Member of the Committee on Budget, Taxes, Banks and Finance. Member of the NDR faction [2] .
From January 16, 1996 to January 21, 1999 - member of the Our Home is Russia All-Russian Social and Political Movement faction. From January 22, 1999 to November 1, 1999, she was not a member of deputy associations. Since November 1999, a member of the Russian Regions deputy group [3] .
