Geography

The village is located on both banks of the Poldnevaya River, 17 kilometers south of the administrative center of the district - the city of Bogdanovich [3] . Height above sea level - 151 meters [4] .

Structure

According to the 2002 census, the national composition is as follows: Russians - 83%, Mari - 12% [7] . According to the 2010 census, the village had: men - 80, women - 81 [8] .

Infrastructure

The village is divided into nine streets (50 years of the Komsomol, March 8, January 9, Aul, Zarechnaya, Kunavina, Lenina, Rabochaya, Sverdlova), two lanes (Zarechny, Cooperative) and one section (Pravdino) [9] .
