The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chechen Republic dated February 20, 2009 No. 12-RZ “On the Formation of a Municipal Formation of the Grozny District and the Municipal Formations Included in It, Establishing their Borders and Giving them the Appropriate Status of a Municipal District and Rural Settlement” ^{[3 ]} .
