History
In 1652, a decree of the tsarist government on securing land on the left bank of the Kama River was issued. In 1657, 42 families of Russian peasants were settled at the headwaters of the Shilninka River, in a forest glade. Not far from the village there are traces of the Zakamsky fortified line of the 17th century. In 1870, in the village of Shilnebash of the Mysovo-Chelny volost, 752 residents, Russians, lived. The main occupation of the population is beekeeping, weaving bast shoes, plant growing, hiring from the master Tatishchev Nikolai Spiridonovich. Barin Manor was built in 1878 and was located one kilometer from the village of Shilnebash in the forest. After World War II, the number of people in the villages decreased, many residents left for Uzbekistan, in the Urals. In 1959, after strengthening the collective farms, the village council was liquidated and the villages were annexed to the Knyazevsky village council, the Tatarstan state farm. In February 1964, the Shilnebash branch of the Tatarstan state farm was annexed to the Chelninsky feed farm, the office of which was located in Naberezhnye Chelny.
