Yory [1] ( lat. Aegithina ) is a genus of passerine birds , the only one in the family of yorov [2] (Aegithinidae) [3] . Earlier, yor belonged to the leaflet family.

Yors live in forests, orchards, and fruit plantations from South Asia to Southeast Asia . Their size is from 12 to 16 cm. As a rule, they live alone and feed on spiders , insects and other invertebrates . In yor, there is no sexual dimorphism , but during the mating season in males, the plumage acquires a brighter color.
