Amiraliev Makhmud Huseynovich (born January 25, 1976 , Makhachkala , Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ) is a Russian politician and statesman, head of the Karabudakhkent district of the Republic of Dagestan .

Biography
Makhmud Amiraliev was born on January 25, 1976 in the city of Makhachkala, DASSR. The Amiraliev clan originates in the village of Dorgeli, Karabudakhkent district of the Republic of Dagestan . By nationality - Kumyk .
Received higher education at the Dagestan State Technical University . After graduation, he entered graduate school. From 2001 to 2004 he was an assistant at the Department of Public Administration and Regional Economics of DSTU, after which he was a senior lecturer at the Department of Economic Theory of DSTU. From December 2004 to March 2006 - Associate Professor and Head of the Department of World Economy and Economic Theory, DSTU. Since March 2006, he became acting dean, and then dean of the faculty of "Finance and Audit" DSTU. From September 2008 to December 2009 - Associate Professor of the Department of World Economy and Economic Theory of DSTU.
In December 2009, he headed the state-owned state-owned enterprise of the Republic of Dagestan, Spetsgazstroyservis, which was also involved in the gasification of the republic’s regions [1] and the management of gas distribution facilities listed in the state property register. From November 2014 to June 2015 he worked as the head of the Soviet district of the city of Makhachkala [2] [3] .
On June 3, 2015 he was presented as the acting head of the municipal district “Karabudakhkent district” of the Republic of Dagestan [4] . On June 30, 2015, by unanimous decision of the deputies of the district assembly, he was elected head of the Karabudakhkenstsky district [5] .

Married, has four children.
