Content
History and Activities
It was created by law No. 3391 in October 2005 and is based in Thessaloniki. This is the first university in Greece where all programs are taught exclusively in English. [1] The university is funded by the European Union and the Greek state; has international teaching staff and students from many countries, including Albania , Azerbaijan , Armenia , Bulgaria , Croatia , Belgium , Georgia , Lithuania , Mexico , Moldova , Romania , Russia , Slovakia , Sudan , Cameroon , Turkey , Ukraine and the USA . This is the only university in Greece where teaching is conducted in English and all communication with the administration and teachers is also in English.
The university includes three schools:
- School of Economics, Business Management and Legal Studies.
- School of Humanities.
- School of science and technology.
Campus
The university campus is located near the city of , on the 14th kilometer of the Thessaloniki - Nea Moudania . Building A houses classrooms, classrooms, laboratories, gyms and cafes. Building B houses the administration, faculty offices, service rooms, as well as lecture halls, computer labs and a library. Various interest clubs work in it: football, dance, photo club, yoga club and others.
