Content
History and Activities
It was founded in 1992, but began to work in 1997, the first students were accepted in 1999. The administrative staff of the university is about 200 people.
The university consists of several schools:
- School of Humanities
- School of Social Sciences
- School of Science and Technology
- School of Applied Arts
